Very Important Reservation Information

To receive the group rate listed above, attendees MUST either

  • mention the group name "Markup Conference" in email to groups@europahotelmtl.com,
or
  • go to the hotel web site Hotel Europa
  • (if you prefer to read English, select "English" at the top right of the window)
  • Fill out the "Trouver une chambre" ("Find a Room") form, and
  • enter the code MARKUP08 in the "Code d'accès" ("Promotion code") box
or
  • telephone the hotel at 514 / 866-6492
  • ask for hotel reservations
  • identify yourself as part of the "Markup Conference" group and ask for the group discount.

Reservations must be made directly with the hotel by 1 July 2008. After that date, reservations are only on a space availability basis. (The conference rate will be honored for reservations made through 20 July should there be rooms available).
