International Symposium on Processing XML Efficiently: Overcoming Limits on Space, Time, or Bandwidth

Montréal, Canada

August 10, 2009

These Proceedings were generated using XSLT (versions 1.0 and 2.0) from XML source data provided by the authors.

The XML schema (DTD) used for these Proceedings was adapted from Docbook 5.0 by B. Tommie Usdin with the assistance of Mark Shellenburger, Dick Hamilton, Norm Walsh, and associates at Mulberry Technologies, Inc.

XSLT stylesheets were adapted by Wendell Piez from the standard Docbook stylesheet distribution (version 1.73.2) by Norm Walsh and associates in the Docbook community. The XML processing architecture was designed and run by Wendell Piez.

Editorial and production assistance was provided by Tonya Gaylord.

Among the software packages we used were oXygen by syncRO Soft and SaxonB, by Michael Kay and Saxonica.
